• Directed external agency in repositioning the Polk Audio brand, resulting in an increase in customer engagement and driving sales. 
• Led refresh of high-end audiophile Definitive Technology brand.

• Created unique NB Tennis market positioning.
• Designed Men’s and Women’s Tennis Apparel collections. 
• Worked directly with internationally ranked athletes, integrating performance insights into retail innovations. 
• Presented collections to key global accounts and international tennis federations 
• Coordinated with marketing teams to drive NB Tennis POV across all media channels 
• Collaborated with Footwear and Accessories to ensure brand continuity across product categories. 
• Researched and implemented seasonal design stories, driving POV to sales. 
• Directed all graphics, promotional, and collateral materials.

Pendleton Woolen MilLs, Portland, OR     Apr 2006 - Jan 2012
Contract Art Director; Worked directly with Marketing and Communications Director to create branding and product materials.
• Developed brand identity for Home Division, which was directly carried over into product.
• Researched, designed and illustrated branding materials for National Park Blanket program, doubling sales in the 12 months after its release 
• Created identity and marketing materials for centennial anniversary.

Nike, Portland, OR     May 1995 – Apr 2006
Senior Designer
• Conceptualized, designed, and brought to market, pinnacle White Label Nike Sportswear line, allowing Nike to penetrate pinnacle Tier Zero retail channels and high street boutiques.
• Interviewed athletes, collectors, and employees, researched print and video source material to unearth the stories behind 30+ years of Nike apparel and footwear, which were used to create White Label Re-issueSportswear collection.
• Researched, authored, and designed 26°—The History of the Nike Windrunner, a limited edition book which was used to promote the 25th anniversary of Nike’s iconic Windrunner jacket.
• Collaborated with CEO Mark Parker and the Nike Archive to curate and produce “All Nike Logos Ever,” a cataloging of every logo, brand, and sub-mark ever produced by the Nike Design Studio.
• Worked with cross-functional teams to create and drive key apparel stories for countless pinnacle initiatives and events, consistently delivering fresh, profitable perspectives and executions to the retail floor.
